The complimentary water, beer, and Haribo treats were a thoughtful touch, enhancing the overall experience.While the staff's assistance, especially from Jessica Neumann at the front desk, was exemplary, the absence of air conditioning in a four-star hotel seemed a slight mismatch for a city like Berlin. The free spa across the street was a delightful perk, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.The room was well-appointed, with daily housekeeping ensuring a clean and orderly space. The availability of amenities like a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities added to the comfort of the stay.
